He currently leads clinical teams at AdventHealth East Florida, overseeing ventilator management protocols, mentoring clinicians, and driving performance improvement across the division. Kevin's career spans high-acuity institutions including Orlando Health, HCA Healthcare, and AdventHealth Central Florida, where he also served as Vice President of the Respiratory Practice Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care from Boise State University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, equipping him to apply data-driven process improvement to clinical operations.
